These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our online shop at www.thelondonchristianradio.co.uk and any other online sales channels operated by us.

We sell a range of physical and digital products, including gifts, personalised products, wall art, merchandise, printable products, digital artwork, devotionals and other downloadable resources. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating The London Christian Radio Shop. “You” and “customer” refer to the person purchasing products from us.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell products that may include:

Gifts and gift sets
Personalised and custom-made gifts
Wall art and home décor
Clothing and merchandise
Printed products
Scripture cards and Christian gifts
Digital artwork and printable wall art
Digital planners, journals and templates
Devotionals, ebooks and downloadable resources
Other physical and digital products

Each product listing will explain what is included with your purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer or device.

Handmade, printed and personalised products may also have minor variations resulting from the production process.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

Before completing your purchase, please check your order carefully.

Names, dates and wording
Delivery address

Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, we cannot deliver to the destination provided, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the appropriate amount.

4. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Many of our gifts may be personalised with names, messages, photographs, dates, Bible verses or other customer-requested information.

Please check all personalisation information carefully before submitting your order.

Once production of a personalised or custom-made product has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Personalised or custom-made products generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised due to our error, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

Our digital products may include:

Printable wall art
Scripture cards
Prayer cards
Devotionals
Ebooks
Planners and journals
Templates
Digital artwork
Other downloadable files

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the product listing specifically states that a physical product is included.

Where required by law, before receiving immediate access to digital content, you will be asked to expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory cancellation right once the download or supply begins.

Once digital content has been supplied or downloading has begun following the required consent, a change-of-mind refund may not be available.

This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE

Unless a product listing expressly provides a different licence, digital products purchased from The London Christian Radio Shop are supplied for personal use only.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal purposes.

You may download and print your purchase for your own personal use.

You must not, without our written permission or an appropriate commercial licence:

Resell our digital files
Redistribute or share the files
Upload the files to file-sharing websites
Give the files away as free downloads
Sell printed copies commercially
Claim our designs or content as your own
Modify our work for resale
Use our designs on merchandise for commercial sale
Include our files within another digital product
Share download links with other people

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership to you.

7. COMMERCIAL USE

Where a product includes a commercial-use licence, the permitted uses and restrictions will be explained in the product description or licence supplied with the product.

A commercial-use licence does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

8. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or calculated as appropriate during the purchasing process.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will normally only enter production or be dispatched after successful payment or payment authorisation.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The London Christian Radio Shop may accept orders from customers worldwide.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase can lawfully be imported into their country.

Depending on the destination and method of sale, orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges.

Where these charges are not collected by us or the relevant sales platform at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying them to the appropriate authority or carrier.

Customs procedures may cause delays that are outside our reasonable control.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and estimated delivery times may vary according to the product and destination.

Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply before the item can be resent.

11. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND

For eligible physical goods purchased online, UK consumers generally have a legal right to tell us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods.

After notifying us, the customer generally has a further 14 days to return eligible goods.

Exceptions can apply, including to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Different cancellation provisions apply to digital content where the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right once supply begins.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or reduces your statutory consumer rights.

Where permitted by law, customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, your statutory rights apply.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning physical goods.

13. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalised due to our error, or materially different from what you ordered.

Email radio@tlc-radio.co.uk with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

Depending upon the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.

14. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where an eligible UK consumer exercises a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Processing times after we issue a refund may vary depending on your bank, card provider, marketplace or payment processor.

15. PRODUCT IMAGES AND MOCK-UPS

Some images used on our website may be digital mock-ups intended to demonstrate how a finished product may look.

The finished product may have minor differences resulting from printing methods, materials, manufacturing tolerances, handmade production, screen settings or other reasonable production variations.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is materially not as described.

16. PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise stated, digital printable products are supplied as electronic files for customers to print themselves.

Print results may vary depending on the printer, ink, paper or card, printer settings, screen calibration and printing provider.

For premium products such as wall art, cards and artwork, we recommend using appropriate high-quality materials or a professional printing service.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original designs, artwork, written material, photographs, graphics, digital files, templates, devotionals, branding and other original content belonging to The London Christian Radio Shop or its operating company remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our content must not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

18. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIAL

If you provide us with photographs, logos, artwork, wording or other content for a personalised product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

You must not provide material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights or that is otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right to decline orders containing material that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

19. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, may have an expiry date, may be restricted to particular products and may not be combined with other offers.

20. SALES THROUGH OTHER PLATFORMS

The London Christian Radio Shop may also sell products through third-party marketplaces or platforms.

Purchases made through such platforms may additionally be subject to the platform’s terms, payment procedures and buyer-protection policies.

21. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We use personal information as reasonably necessary to process orders, take payment, deliver products, provide customer support, prevent fraud and operate our online shop.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices or applicable law.

The terms applicable to an order will normally be those in force when the order was placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the UK jurisdiction in which our company is registered.

For international customers, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
